- You can see the sea from every room and hear the sound of the Atlantic. You reach the sand and rock beach of Plozévet across a short stretch of meadow; the supervised section of the beach in summer is a good 300 metres away.
- The fisherman's house has three bedrooms and offers space for up to six people across 150 square metres. The property covers 3,000 square metres.
- The centre of Plozévet is a five-minute drive away and offers all the shops you need for daily life. The harbour town of Audierne is 20 minutes away, and Quimper half an hour.
Look out over the Atlantic from the conservatory
The fisherman's house has a conservatory with a dining table – from here too you look out over the bay of Audierne and the Atlantic waves. Next to the conservatory is the large living and dining area with a dining table, sofas and armchairs, and two open fireplaces.
Cook in the Breton kitchen
In the rustic kitchen-living room you can cook with fresh produce sourced locally. Saturday is market day in Audierne, and on Sundays fishermen sell their freshly caught seafood at the small harbour of Pors Poulhan. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher and oven.
Barbecue in the courtyard
The house is heated with electric heaters. A fireplace in the living room also provides warmth. The large garden offers plenty of space to play and fly kites. In the sheltered courtyard you can use the gas grill to round off the day with a little barbecue.

The fisherman's house's property is not fenced to be dog-safe.
Low Season (outside mid and high season):
- €1,290 for one week (including €100 for final cleaning)
- Each additional week costs €1,190
Mid Season (2026: 23 May – 27 June & 29 Aug – 26 Sep / 2027: 29 May – 26 June & 28 Aug – 25 Sep):
- €1,640 for one week (including €100 for final cleaning)
- Each additional week costs €1,540
High Season (2026: 27.06.-29.08. / 2027: 26.06.-28.08.):
- €2,200 for one week (including €100 for final cleaning)
- Each additional week costs €2,100
- Bed linen, tea towels and towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own beach towels
- A maximum of 1 pet is allowed by arrangement. The final cleaning fee then increases by €25
- Smoking is not permitted in the house
- Arrival and departure day is always Saturday
- During high season, a minimum rental period of 2 weeks applies
- The house is not rented out over winter
- Check-in is possible from 3pm, check-out should be by 10am
- A 20% deposit of the rental cost is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday
- In the event of cancellation, the costs are 20% of the rental cost up to 61 days before departure, 50% up to 35 days before departure, 80% up to 10 days before departure, and 100% for later cancellation or failure to travel
