The holiday apartment with a beautiful lake view is located in Langenargen on Lake Constance, about a 15-minute drive from Friedrichshafen. Only a quiet street separates the house from the lakeshore. A children's playground is 20 metres away, and the lake beach is less than 200 metres away. It's about a ten-minute walk to the town centre with its many shopping options.
The spacious apartment offers space for up to five people. It occupies the top floor of a quiet, well-maintained apartment building with a garden. You have a lake view from the bedrooms, the living room and the dining area next to the kitchen. The apartment is furnished with high-quality, partly antique furniture. Especially lovely is the 50 sqm living room with its almost four-metre-high ceiling.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a sleeping nook with a pull-out single bed at the back of the living room. The bathroom and toilet are separate. In the bathroom you'll find a practical washer-dryer.
On the balcony there is room for sun loungers, parasols and a dining table. During the day you can watch the boats and cyclists from here, and in the evening there are often wonderful sunsets.
Four bicycles are available in the side room of the garage. You can park your car in the garage or in front of it.
