The cosy house offers space for up to five people across 112 sqm of living space. The property, directly on the shore, covers 500 sqm (not fenced to be dog-safe). The house has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The third bedroom is reached through the bathroom or via an outside door and has a pull-out single bed.
The bathroom, with a modern rainshower, also has a washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped: electric stove with oven, refrigerator with ice compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, plus plenty of crockery and cutlery.
The living room offers a cosy seating area with a smart TV, a wood-burning stove and a dining table. From here you step out onto the spacious terrace with sun sail, open fireplace and gas grill. Right on the lake, you'll enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains and the picturesque village of Mezzolago. Garden furniture is provided.
A staircase with a railing leads straight from the garden into the water and is shared only with the neighbouring house.
Lake Ledro is near Lake Garda and offers ideal conditions for hiking, cultural activities and, above all, swimming. Families with children have plenty of ways to make their holiday exciting. The lake is right on your doorstep, with mountains rising above it. Nearby you'll find shops, restaurants, hiking trails, a horse farm, a boat rental and a wakeboard lift. Riva del Garda is less than a 30-minute drive away.
Low Season (outside mid and high season)

- Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the rental price
- A maximum of 1 pet is allowed by arrangement. The final cleaning fee then increases by €25
- Smoking is not permitted in the house
- Arrival and departure day is always Saturday
- During high season, a minimum rental period of 2 weeks applies
- The house is not rented out over winter
- Check-in is possible from 3pm, check-out should be by 10am
- A 20% deposit of the rental cost is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday
- In the event of cancellation, the costs are 20% of the rental cost up to 61 days before departure, 50% up to 35 days before departure, 80% up to 10 days before departure, and 100% for later cancellation or failure to travel
